We begin with a detailed conversation to understand your goals, target market, and any challenges you are facing. You share photos and a floor plan of the property with us, or we arrange a visit to the property to assess its current condition and potential.

Based on our discussion and property review, we create a customised plan. This includes selecting furniture, lighting, and decor that will appeal to the target tenant demographic.  We prepare a mood board that outlines our vision for the space, detailing the furniture plans, sourced items, and decor elements. We also provide a complete breakdown of costs.

After you have approved the plan, we take over the entire process. We arrange for the delivery of furniture and accessories, handle installation, and meticulously style the property to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. We ensure that every room highlights the property’s strengths and shows off its full potential to prospective tenants.

Once the installation and styling is complete, we capture high-quality images of the newly presented property. These images are crucial for making the online listing stand out, drawing in more interest, and justifying a higher rental price.

We understand that your property needs to be both practical and stylish. To achieve this, we can help in sourcing essential items such as window dressings, bedding and bed linen, kitchen utensils and housekeeping supplies.
