Passionate, friendly and knowledgeable - I would highly recommend Zoe's services for helping you to dress your house for sale. She has a keen eye for detail, to make subtle changes that make all the difference to how your house is perceived. I highly recommend using Zoe’s service. Before finding Zoe we had our house on the market for 6 months with 36 viewings but absolutely no interest. After changing agents to her husband Dominic and promptly making the changes recommended by Zoe we found ourselves in a position of having multiple offers in just a few weeks. With Zoe’s eye for detail and expert knowledge she helped us to transform our home into something ten times more appealing to potential buyers. She helped us make the rooms feel more spacious and welcoming by making changes that we would not have been able to think of on our own. Comparing the photos from the first agent to the photos taken following Zoe’s advice, it is undeniably the positive impact using her service has had. We are beyond grateful to Zoe for everything she has done for us.
My partner and I couldn’t speak more highly of our experience with Zoe and Dom. I used Sort My Place over a period of four weeks, and using them is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Sort My Place did a fabulous job in helping me remarket my apartment, which had been for sale for some time with limited viewings. It is currently tenanted, and my tenants had also had enough of the sporadic viewings and had given notice to leave. I was on a very tight budget as I wanted to sell the apartment. Still, I was also aware that it is a buyers' market, so I needed to do something.
In the end, I spent under £1000 adding new storage, soft furnishings, and some wall art. With their help, it's entirely transformed the place.
I took Dom's advice and spoke to my tenants, and we have now renegotiated for them to stay with a fixed viewing day plan in place, so they are aware of the viewings in advance.
They are super pleased with the new changes too. He also suggested that I renegotiate with my estate agent as I was approaching the end of my fixed-term contract, and I have just done so, saving me almost as much as I spent on the home staging.
