We can provide a quick turnaround with just 2 weeks’ notice for installation (subject to availability). The staging and installation process typically takes 1 to 2 days on-site to furnish and style the property, preparing it for photography and launch.

The rental price covers every item used in the staging process, including larger pieces like beds and sofas, as well as artwork, mirrors, rugs, lamps, bed linen, kitchen items, faux plants, cushions, throws, and other carefully selected accessories. Each item is meticulously placed to ensure your stunning interiors captivate viewers.
Our one-off fee covers everything in a bespoke Home Staging package tailored just for you. We start by creating a unique design based on your property’s style, target market, guide price, and location. This is followed by the delivery and arrangement of all furnishings, including making up beds, hanging artwork, and styling every room. Once staging is complete, we coordinate a professional photography shoot and provide all the necessary images for your marketing launch. After the sale, we arrange for the removal of all items and ensure the property is left spotless for its new owner.
For an accurate quote, please contact us directly. As a general guideline, furniture rental prices start at £1,200 per month, with a minimum contract of 3 months. Note that prices are exclusive of VAT. These indicative prices apply to partial staging of an average three-bedroom house.
